Hey peeps, this is my new Poptropica Cheats Blog. I’ve been playing Poptropica for a long time and I decided to start posting tips and cheats here for everyone. There aren’t that many blogs about Poptropica like there are about Club Penguin and other games and Poptropica is really fun so I thought I should make one. Mythology Island is one of the most difficult islands to solve in Poptropica. It’s a very exciting quest in which you meet a lot of the Greek Gods from Mythology. The quest starts out when you get a golden apple from a big tree and then Zeus shows up out of nowhere. He sends you on a quest to find five really important items that are hidden all over the island. It may be hard to find all five items and it will probably take you a while to get them all. Once you solve all the challenges and recover the five items, you’ll discover that it was all just part of a big plot. Zeus wants to rule all of Poptropica, not just the sky, and he steals the items from you so that he can rule the whole world.

Before you go to defeat Zeus, you must get the crown of Hades and Poseidon’s trident. To get these items, you must get help from Hercules to go past some really difficult obstacles that are in the way. The next step is to go to Mount Olympus and battle Zeus in the sky. After you defeat him in this final boss battle, you will get all the items back and you are triumphant and save all of Poptropica from his wrath.
Mythology Island is really exciting and difficult too. There are some very tough sections to get through and you will probably want to check out a walkthrough for Mythology Island if you get stuck in some places. You get some really cool items and don’t forget that you can use the costumizer on any of the people you meet to get some great Greek costumes to show off.
Well I stopped playing Poptropica for a few months but since I left four new islands came out! So I have some catching up to do really quick. It’s so cool that there are so many new islands out now. One of the reasons I stopped playing for a while was that except for the Haunted House thing and all the ads, there wasn’t much new to do!
The first new island for me to play is Counterfeit Island and I am most of the way through it thanks to the good cheats for Counterfeit Island that PoptropicaSecrets.com has. I’m using the video walkthrough but only on the parts where I am stuck. So far my favorite part is the little boy with the balloon. That’s really funny how he flies off into the air when you give it to him. lol. The whole this is just like the balloon boy story that happened last year with the kid from Colorado.
I haven’t gotten to the end part yet where you fight the villain but I know who the Black Widow is and I didn’t need any cheats to figure it out! I heard that it’s a really hard battle at the end so hopefully it won’t take me too long to finish it so that I can continue playing all the new islands and get all my medals.
There is a new special mini-quest on Poptropica called Haunted House. It’s totally fun. You go inside this strange old house and a graveyard and need to collect a bunch of items. When you get them all there is a big Halloween Party and you can get 50 credits for finishing the quest. Some parts of it a pretty hard but I found a good Poptropica Haunted House walkthrough that shows you how to get all the items. There’s also a good video on Youtube. I was stuck a little on the clock part because it’s hard to get the two clocks to move at the same time. It was fun and I loved all the cool stuff inside the Haunted House.
The costumes at the end in the party are pretty cool. Don’t forget that you can use the costumizer to get any of the costumes that you see!
Two new special things you can buy in the store this week! They are the minimizer and the bobblehead powers. Minimizer makes you into a really tiny version of yourself. It’s like a mini-me running around. The bobblehead just makes your head bounce up and down kind of like a bobblehead doll. These new things are in the Poptropica Store and cost 250 credits each, which is kind of a lot of credits for silly little things like this. I’m going to save my credits for something much better I think.
I wonder when Reality TV island is coming out! I hope kind of soon! They used to promote it on the home page but now they took the promotion down which probably means its really delayed or something.
OK there is a new advertisement mission in Poptropica about Wizards of Waverly Place, which is the TV show on the Disney channel. The season premiere is this week. There’s a really easy mission you can do in Poptropica for it. You can enter from the starting room of any of the Poptropica Islands. When you finish the mission, you get two special prizes: a spellbook and a family wand. I think this mission will end on Friday when the TV show premieres. I don’t know for sure though, but go do the Poptropica mission while you can! It is really easy and a fun way to get some free stuff.
New thing on the Poptropica home page today. It is called the Poptropica Avatar studio and it lets you make pictures of your avatar. You can save them to your computer or you can turn them into widgets on your blog by using the embed code. Or you can just link to them. When you go to the Avatar Studio (click on the button on the home page) you enter your account name and then you will see your avatar just as you left it the last time you played the game. You can change the size of the picture and crop it then save it.
OK I finally did 24 carrot island today. I have done most of the islands in Poptropica already but 24 carrot is one of the ones I skipped. I don’t know why! But it was fun. I used this 24 carrot island walkthrough for some help but it was pretty easy to do even without the tips.
On this island the people have lost access to their carrots and their town has started to fall apart. When you walk around everything looks sad and depressing and the town mayor tells you that some of the citizens of the town have started to disappear. Later you find out they have been kidnapped and brainwashed by the villain. Oh noes!
The hardest part is probably at the beginning when you have to figure out how to find the cat for the person who owns the hardware store. You need to first go to the farmhouse to get the empty bowl and then bring it to the diner and give it to the waitress. She will fill it with milk. Then you go all the way back to the farmhouse and put it down on the floor. Then you go scare the cat out of the bathtub upstairs and then chase him back downstairs and he will drink from the bowl and then follow you back to the hardware store. It’s kind of complicated but once you do it you’ll understand.
Oh and the air vent maze thing is hard even though they give you a map. I loved the villain Dr. Hare. He was pretty funny and I almost felt a little bad about blasting him off into space at the end!

There’s a brand new costume in the Poptropica Store called the Light Ninja costume. It’s kind of exactly like the old ninja costume (which is called the Midnight ninja costume) but it’s white instead of black. I think the Poptropica Creators got a little lazy with this one. lol. This costume is only available for a limited time. It costs 75 credits and you can get it in the Poptropica store. It has a special move if you press the spacebar while you wear it. You spin your nunchucks around. This is the latest in a lot of new costumes that Poptropica has put out this summer. All of them are available in the store.

OK so I’ve already beaten Astro-Knights, which was a really fun island to play. I didn’t buy the early access pass so I didn’t get to do it first like everyone else. But I’m really looking forward to Reality TV island, which comes out later this summer according to the Poptropica site. I think it will be a lot of fun and if they have an early access pass for this one I will definitely get it!
